Pipeline Rehabilitation

PEI Pipeline Services specializes in dig location, excavation, anomaly assessment, repair and site remediation. We have a vast amount of experience in long-term rehabilitation projects. Averaging over 1 dig per day, PPS performed more than 600 rehabilitation digs in 2002 alone.

Direct Assessment

PPS has NACE certified corrosion specialists heading up this service area. We are also currently conducting an accelerated training program for other employees. Close Interval Surveys, DCVG Surveys, Pipeline Current Mapping, GPS Mapping and Soil Analysis are services PPS provides.

Hydrostatic Testing

PPS has significant experience in hydrostatic testing of both mainline and station piping. Whether a pipeline segment of 100+ miles or 100 feet, PPS can efficiently test your pipe and provide you with accurate, detailed documentation.

Pipe Fabrication

Utilizing welders qualified to most operators’ standards, PPS can quickly turn around intricate pipe configurations, hydrotested and installed.

Station Modifications

PPS can build and install station modifications per your design specifications. In cooperation with Petersen Engineering, Inc., we can also perform site evaluations and provide engineering and design drawings.

Benchmarking/Pig Tracking

When incurring the cost of performing in-line-inspection, efficiency and accuracy are imperative. PPS can help eliminate variables in your pig run by detailed attention to benchmarking and pig tracking.
