Charles E. Petersen, P. E. - Project Director  

Mr. Petersen has over thirty-nine years of experience that includes engineering and design, project management, engineering supervision, and construction coordination. The last twenty-two years of experience is predominantly associated with pipeline projects.

Doug Lindsay, P. E. - Principal Engineer  

Mr. Lindsay has over twenty-nine years of diverse, professional experience and responsibility in project management, project engineering, design engineering, engineering and feasibility studies, fire protection engineering, permitting and regulatory affairs, environmental auditing and compliance, and construction management for oil and gas production, refining, gas transmission, crude oil and refined petroleum pipelines and petroleum bulk distribution terminals.

Erik Heinz, P. E. - Senior Pipeline Engineer  

Mr. Heinz graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. His experience includes pipeline engineering and design, project management, cost estimating and scheduling, hydrostatic pressure testing, and pipeline maintenance. He specializes in in-line inspections and subsequent rehabilitation projects.

Timothy Kolb - Senior Engineer  

Mr. Kolb graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a B.S. in chemical engineering. He has twenty-two years of professional experience that includes pipeline integrity, pipeline rehab, pipeline engineering, design engineering, project management, safety management, safety training, cost estimating, project scheduling, and pipeline maintenance supervision.

Seth Brown - Mechanical Engineer  

Mr. Brown graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering technology. His experience includes pipeline engineering and design, project management, cost estimating, construction supervision, pipeline maintenance, and pipeline integrity.

Adam Steiner, E.I. - Pipeline Integrity Engineer  

Mr. Steiner graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering. His experience includes pipeline integrity, pipeline engineering and design, hydrostatic pressure testing, project management, cost estimating, construction supervision, pipeline maintenance, and pipeline encroachments.

Adam DeClercq - Electrical Engineer  

Mr. DeClercq graduated from IUPUI with a B.S. in electrical engineering technology. His experience includes electrical/pipeline engineering and design, controls and automation, project management, cost estimating, construction supervision, pipeline maintenance, and pipeline integrity.

Dave Hartlieb - Design Specialist  

Mr. Hartlieb has a B.S. in Industrial Technology. His experience includes pressure vessel design, pipeline design, and piping design for refineries, terminals, and process/chemical facilities. His responsibilities have included project management, estimating, and construction assistance. Past projects have encompassed small volume prover installations, F.T.Z. (Foreign Trade Zone) modifications, smart pig modifications, pumping facility upgrades, clean fuels investigation, and gathering systems.

Ed Bartman - Lead Designer  

Mr. Bartman's experience includes 39 years in industrial piping design and layout for steel mills, refineries, chemical plants, and pipeline/terminal facilities. Responsibilities have included design group leadership, plot plans, layout & detailing drawings, and bill of material take-offs. He also has a considerable amount of architectural (residential) design experience.
